I've got 154k on my 2012 screw. Other than the infamous CAC fiasco, I've had no complaints. I like the tune I'm running. Got my MPG back, and it's fun once again. Fomco has derated these things to dogs trying to mask the CAC water ingestion.

My 2004 crew cab has about 263k on it but it's got a rebuilt motor in it. Truck runs great though!

I took a chance buying mine with 234,000 miles on it but so far so good. No leaks,no noises, and has always been maintained on schedule with synthetic oil changes. It was a one owner and the previous owner kept it extremely clean. Except for the odometer it literally looks and drives like 1 year old truck. Best part about it, no payments. No guarantees your truck will perform like mine but it certainly says something about Ford quality and durability.

Other than a $3 O ring that caused an upper radiator hose leak mine has had nothing done to it so far.
