Yeah it was a total PITA process but whatever it all got settled and looks great so that's all that matters. Seems like they're short on customer service clients though

Here's some updated pics with HD lights, Ford OEM emblem and remove lower splash guard and replaced with the one from the '11 model. It's much larger, smooth and styled to match the front of the truck. I did notice a slight decrease in mileage after removing the old one and it made the front look naked. Also it's there to protect the front of the engine. Cost $37 w/shipping.

The plastics studs were long enough to go through thr grille so just used the stock nuts ( ha I said nuts) and tightened them down.
