It took me some time to get used to the turn signal switch. In my 08 when you put the turn signal on the lever stayed up or down. The new switch returns to the middle position after being activated. I do like the new lane change feature- you lighty press down on the lever, not all the way, and release it. The turnsignal will flash for a few seconds and stop on its own. With my 08 you had to hold the lever down or up for this function.

I replaced mine on my own. Easy and it was about $25 on Amazon for OEM.
