Default LED light bar for reverse lights

I bought some burner led lights to install under my bumber to help add the less then par stock reverse lights. My plan was to splice into the trailer harness on the back up light wire. But the diagram the cover shows is very confusing. Can anybody tell me what color the reverse lights are and maybe the vest place to ground? Any and all advice is appreciated

I mounted mine to the shackles in the rear and wired them to a switch in the cab. I find myself hooking up the boat and trailers in the dark, either before work or before fishing so I can put them on and leave them on until I'm done. Something to think about, it's nice ot have them if you're doing something behind the truck in the dark as well.

Just tap into the center wire on your trailer harness for power and ground it to the frame where you bolt on the light. You will have to drill a hole to mount it the way he has it mounted.

This diagram helped make sense of it. Center yellow wire to positive. White to ground. Where did you put the wire in the cab? Drill a hole??

Where did you mount your switch in your cab?

Do you have a link for those lights? And how well do they lift up at night? Been thinking about this for a while, but don't like the cube lights hanging low. These seem to be much tighter to the bumper.

My switch in my 2011 was located opposite the cigarette lighter on the center display. In my 2014, I put the switch on the plate to the left/under the steering wheel.
