I've been thinking about doing a 20" down in the bumper. Does it really put out more light than the headlights and fog lights that it would make a difference?

I went with a cheap bar behind the grille as in case I wasn't happy with the fit/output of light and wasn't out $1k. I had the C style grille and have since switched to a tremor style. Output is near the same with either grille.

Yes! Even with the cheap bars!

It's a ton more light.

Cree bar (cheaper light bar IMO) located in the middle between the front bumper covers.

Also.. what light bar did you get and how did you mount it?

This is a curved 30" I mounted on the grill supports, using an aluminum spacer at each end and a longer bolt that goes in the end of the light bar.

Looks great! Any pics of the mounting arrangement?

I just got a 32" light bar and I plan to mount it to the grille support/frame. My upcoming weekend project.

I just ordered a 42" bar and a couple of cubes from Amazon for my '13 Screw. I also have the "c" style grill. I'll post some pics when everything arrives.

How do I know what style grill I have on my truck?
