doing some digging around, looks like this is the setup you purchased?

http://www.ledunderbody.com/7-Color-...hting-Kit.aspx

with details of:
Interior Kit Includes:
Four 9 Inch Interior Tubes
72 Ultra Bright, Wide Angle LEDs
7 Solid Color Modes Include Blue, Green, Red, Purple, Teal, Yellow, and White
4 Fading Modes and 3 Strobing Modes
1 Distinct Sound Activation Mode
Easy to use Control Box
Each Tube Features 6 Feet of Power Wire
Mounting and Installation Hardware
Free Lifetime Technical Support
One Year Limited Warranty

The sound activation mode offers 5 different patterns that will that will allow your interior tubes to flash to the beat of the music playing inside of your vehicle using a built in microphone, and the sensitivity is easily adjusted with a wheel that is located on the side of the control box.

and details from the system I purchased:
18 Surfaced Mounted RGB LEDs
Six 4 Inch Flexible Tubes
Mini USB Connections for Extremely Easy Install
Slim, Easily Hidden Control Box
4 Button Wireless Remote
15 Solid Color Modes Include: Blue, Green, Red, White, Yellow, Purple, and Teal
2 Color Cycle Modes, 2 Strobing Modes, 2 Fading Modes, and 1 Flashing Mode
Sound Activation Mode
Strips are .35 of an Inch in Depth
Power Wires Included (2) 1.5 Feet, (2) 3 Feet, and (2) 5 Feet
Expandable to Include 72 LEDs or 24 Four Inch Tubes
Installation Hardware and Instructions
One Year Limited Warranty
Free Lifetime Technical Support

Also featured with this kit is a sound activation mode, that when turned on allows any of the preprogrammed patterns to react to the music playing inside of your vehicle

It looks to me that there is a programming difference between "1 Distinct Sound Activation Mode" and "Sound Activation Mode"?

Is this worth the $35? It looks pretty nice and easy to hook up right to a cigarette lighter

In the video you'll see that when there is no sound or vibration as it seems this one is triggered on, the lights are non-responsive. I typically leave it off unless I have folks in the car or tailgating. It's a good thing I'm a tech nerd, I'd make a horrible commentator!

this is the system I purchased:

it was for me, going with the million mini setup, I think I enticed eztarget to go with LEDGlow based on my write up here:

https://www.f150forum.com/f38/my-amb...-2-0-a-181841/

I can't speak to the system that eztarget bought, but that looks to be all hardwired together, so running wires might get tricky, or some cutting/splicing might be needed?

What kit exactly should I buy and how would you recommend installing it. I'd rather just do it right to the cigarette lighter. Is it as easy as it looks?
