Default LED Hyper flash taillight

2013 Ford F150 XLT 2WD. I replaced the headlights with LED bulbs and the taillights with aftermarket LED complete replacement. Now I'm getting hyper flash on both sides with the driver's side rear blinker not working. When I turn on the hazards, there is no hype flash, however the driver's side rear blinker still does not come on. I've looked and tried everything to solve this issue.

Turn the bulbs over, some LED's are polarity sensitive.
For the hyperflash you can put in resistors or you can get Forscan and turn off the bulb out warning.

Have you previously found the answers Siber gave and tried them and fixing that didn't work? Or is this your first time hearing those suggestions?

Is there a way to permanently turn off the bulb out warning via the "engineering mode" menu in the gauge cluster (in the XLT and above trim levels)? Or is forscan the only way to do it?
