Lariat Limited - Change Wheels to What?
#21
Thanks guys. A lot to digest here. I actually like a lot of the wheels here. Will peruse a few of the websites when I get a chance. Someone told me that some of them have virtual programs where you can actual see what the wheels would look like on a white truck.

BMF are bad *** but on a limited I would go with a sleeker more lo pro look. That thing needs some chrome and a level. Nuff said. In my opinion its a luxury truck. Why not treat it that way. BMF is my fave wheels rigjt now. Seen their new “rehabs" NICE! But too pricey for me. I drive an STX not a FX4 for a reason.

I would not go with a black wheel either. they blend in too much.
I've got a brand new set of 20s like the above pic. ford just replaced them as they originals were peeling. so they are brand new! any trades??
I'm in ontario.
BTW. love the truck!
I saw a truck load of these going down the 401 last week!
Very nice!

Sorry for the hijacking.
I have 2 sets of limited wheels and tires. One brand new take offs and the set I'm running (5k miles). all centers and nuts convey. I might be interested in a trade for some 20s with new e rated m/s tires for winter shoes. Pm me.

if you want a hybrid machined/black look check out the xd addicts...im getting them put on this saturday i am so excited.
although i think you should stay away from chrome-not for aesthetic reasons but because they are a PAIN to take care of. if they are real chrome they are more expensive, you need to keep a layer of wax on them so they dont corrode and change color and get ruined, also i saw snow in your pictures and the nacl/mgcl they put on the roads RAPES chrome.
but if you can find a good faux chrome id say go for it, its your truck, just dont make it something crappy like the OEM chrome clad rims <--obviously NOT a fan of those sh***y plastic covers.
