Default Largest tires to put on stock XLT rims

Thoughts? Don't want rubbing but like the look of bigger tires on stock rims. Thanks for any input.

I just put some 295/70R18 Nitto's on mine today, should be the same width rim as you, although i do have a 2.5" Level.

Do you have to have a lift for those?

3"level in front and added 1" block to the rear, which raised it 2 inches. I think they'd fit and look better with a 2" level in front and no block in rear.

How is the road noise and ride quality? I'm picking up a set of trail grapplers in 2 weeks.

It's not bad at all, hardly notice it when the radio is up. The ride is very nice considering its an offroad tire, I am very happy so far with the Nittos!

What would be the widest tire that would fit on the 17 inch XLT rim with the stock riding height???
