i'm guessing you used a trailer, right? did you rent anything to tow his yota?
the reason i'm asking is uhaul gave me all sorts of hell over trying to haul a 2012 jeep grand cherokee on a trailer. i'm assuming the jeep was considered too wide. i couldn't use a dolly because it was all wheel drive.
