Dude, sign me up! Drives me nuts that I have to go to the "I've hit the wall/car/etc. next to me" position just to open my extended cab door! Put the main door in the "I can't get out" position, and the extended cab door smacks the main door when opening and closing. WTF were you thinking here Ford?

Now that I think of it. It is a pain to try to hold the door while squeezing out of the little space the first detent gives you. Can't wait to see outcome.
