I bought one of these covers off a Facebook sales group and the aluminum keeps breaking where the slats join just from vibration I guess because I have only folded it up 1 time. The inside does stay dry and have no issues driving thru car wash even with air dryer

We do have a bonus offer for forum members, which I just PM'd to you. Thank you for considering a Peragon truck bed cover!
Could I get the bonus offer as well?

What you're describing sounds like it might be an older generation cover from 2010 or prior. Our newer design that has been on the road since 2011 strengthened the panel joints substantially and we haven't seen an issue like that since. If you reach out to our Support team through our website, you may be able to purchase just a new generation panel assembly that would snap into your existing frame. Whether that is an option or not will depend on the generation of cover you have. If the seller on Facebook was able to give you an idea of the age, that would help us track down available parts to keep you rolling.
