I just got my truck back from the shop after a small accident I put my USB in my phone. And it says too much powrt from my phone. It keep on popping up. What should I do

First and foremost, learn to type i.e. spelling, grammar, and punctuation. This gets more people interested in your issue and increases their willingness to help.

Second, what phone is this happening with? What year/trim truck? What type of Sync or MFT (basically what stereo package) do you have? Knowing this will help others try and diagnose.

Lastly, have you tried looking at the USB settings on the phone? Without knowing what phone it is, its hard to say what's going on.

Sorry to be smug but if he doesn't have or want to invest the time to develop his question appropriately and spell it out for us, then many (not just me) don't have much time to answer it.
