Default Issue with door locks

Just today I noticed that my rear driver side door is not locking or unlocking with the key fob. Works fine manually. Just curious if anybody here has had issues of the same. Thanks.

I haven't had any troubles...how is the fob working otherwise? All other buttons work?

The wiring harness that goes from the door to the pillar is notorious for breaking due to the plastic rod. Remove that harness from the pillar side and check to ensure that hasn't happened

Are you getting any "door ajar" lights or warnings?

I have the same issue. Happens more with the unlock after I park and shut down. I have to hit the lock or unlock a second time for it to work.

Most of the time, for this issue, it is a problem with the door's wiring harness, (as dykzeulb mentioned).

That is where I would start looking for the problem.

The door will lock and unlock electrically when the door is open but will not when the door is closed.

The door will unlock & lock electrically when the door is open but will not when closed. I'll check the harness but it seems to be a mechanical issue if it operates when the door is open. Thanks for the info.

Ordering a new harness, hope they made changes to the new one. Is this just an issue with the rear doors?
