Interior LEDs
So I replaced my interior lights with LEDs.
But for some reason my rear dome light LED always has one LED that stays slightly dimmed when off. I've gone thru two different bulbs and still the same problem. Any ideas?
If don't understand and need pics lemme kno

Replaced all my lights with LEDS and they stay slightly lit when off not really sure why. Had them for over a year and no problems whatsoever so I just kinda forgot about it.

Cheaper LED bulbs will stay lit because the wiring in the truck bleeds a little bit of power when off. Some of the better LEDs prevent this. I had a couple that stayed lit and swapped them out.
The bulb in the license plate light is probably too big and is hitting the lens, preventing it to snap into place. I also had this problem and replaced the bulb with something like this:
It fits better and is brighter.

My biggest concern was just a battery drainage issue.

You can still find good ones for less than superbrightleds.com or v-leds.com if you know what you're looking for. I got all mine off ebay. It took some time getting them from different vendors but I think it was less than $80 for all the lights (map, dome, bed, rear, lic plate, 3rd brake light). That includes all the extra LEDs that bled that I'm not using and a few extras.
All power is cut after 20 mins so even if the LEDs bleed, they shut off completely after 20 mins. And they're LEDs so the power is minimal and wouldn't kill your battery even if it was on overnight.
