Interior Accent Lighting Wiring Help
Hey guys - I hope a few of you can help me or point me to a good thread/write up. I'm not super techy especially when it comes to electrical stuff.
I'm wanting to add some interior accent lights to my 2011 F150. It sounds like a fuse tap is my best option to get some 12v power.
So where do I go from there next? I like the simplicity of using the following stuff, is this enough? I know I'd probably need some additional splitters, connectors, etc to get it to work with that dimmer:

Any help would be appreciated. I'm just going to be installing these lights under the seats and foot wells.

A fuse tap would be easiest, do you own a test light? You want to find a fuse that will turn off when the key is off, or try to tap into a fuse that has power until the door is opened.
Wiring is simple enough cut off both end of that dimmer, the output you can twist the positive and negative to the LEDs, the other end (input) positive wire will go to the fuse tap, the negative to a metal bolt (ground)
