Intake Manifold Stuck?

Intake Manifold Stuck?
I started out swapping out my cam phasers and VCT solenoids the other day, and it was a good day. That in itself should have been a sign, anyway while re-installing the roller followers I snapped the end of an exhaust valve. 
So needless to say now i'm pulling a head.
Curses a plenty i took out the radiator, supports, fan....then i hit the intake manifold. I have removed the 10 bolts but this thing wont budge...I'm hoping someone can get a laugh, tell me I'm dumb and let me know what simple step I'm missing.
I'm scared to pry it up, but im not sure what else to try...I'm not a petite guy and I pulled pretty hard.
Any and all help is apreciated.
