Instrument Panel Tray

have a 2014 F150 XLT - there is a tray in the middle of the Instrument Panel - its ribbed - has no screws to hold in - how can I safely remove it without damaging ?
Anyone know if I can get replacement ?

If you are talking about the ribbed rubber insert it just lifts out assuming its the same as a 15.
