I have a lot of experience with both the 9500 and v1 and I would pick the V1 any day over the 9500. I don't trust the 9500 at all and the fact that there is no rear facing is annoying. The blendmount is ok but pricey and puts it further away which makes reaching for it a little more annoying... I got this 10 dollar cord off ebay and pushed in into those two pins posted in the pic. Also mounting it here allows it to have a clear view out the front and back. (some people mentioned something about seeing through the black paint on windshield.) The valentine saves me every single time I do highway driving. I swear by them. Hope this helps...

Any suggestions?

Looks great! Just got my MirrorTap for my Redline - what are the GND and +12v pins you used? Mine is a dimmable 2008 F150 with 16 pins.

Thanks in advance
