bowlergt - I put on all four in about 30 minutes, of course I have a special tool to pull the pins so those only take a second.
Only complaint the lines dont exactly match the truck or how far the factory tires stick out.

Just did the weathertech no drills on my 2011 EB screw 4x4 XLT. Very impressed with fit and installation hardware. Hardest part was removing the spiderclips. Profile perfectly matched both front and rear fenders. Very heavy duty materials. Stainless steel hardware. Great set of instructions. Speedy shipping as well.

After reading through this thread, some are saying drill and some no drill. I guess that depends on factory flares or not. I have the Ford flaps, and I did drill. But only through the flare...no metal.
As well, I found the fronts fit great, but the backs were not straight. Both kinda leaned toward the truck on the botton. So I loosened the chassis end of the rear fender brackets, pulled the bottom of the fender out and retightened the bolt. These brackets have a slotted hole, so there is some play there.
Anyway it worked well. If the rear flaps are out of alignment now, it isn't noticable.
I also found the screws with the build on washers for the bottoms of the rear guards were too big to fit into the flap properly. I had to grind down part of the washers in order to get the screws to fit properly.
The day I did it, I washed my truck and changed out my winter rims/tires, so I really can't say how long it took for the flaps. But I would suggest takings off your rims as you do it. It makes life a hel-u-va lot easier for installing flaps, especially on the rear or if you have to drill.

I think I may return them and go with the weathertechs instead. It sounds like they match the truck/tires better.
With the fords it does appear you have to drill the lip moldings if you have them, whic I do.
