I just ordered a pair from amazon. I have '09-'12 style headlights retrofitted with mh1 projector 5000k bulbs. I really hope they match the heads nicely!

Understood, with these they do disperse light down and out filling in the HID lamps nicely. Plus they match closely on the Kelvin scale(light color) too. I am leveled by 2" and have a 2" taller tire than OE and have not got flashed with these new LED fogs.

I'd almost say they have a flood pattern with light dispersion. I noticed that when pulling out of the garage.

If you do this, PM me. I'd buy your grill.

I've been running 9005 bulbs (65W) in my fogs for two years with zero issues, better light output than the stokers and under 5 bucks!

I put mine on tonight right before I left the office. I like the look as they compliment the factory HIDs as everyone else has stated. I do believe that part of my displeasure with the halogen fogs is that they were/are aimed too high. Once it stops raining I plan on spending some time adjusting the fogs down.
The LEDs do throw out more light, but the light is less focused as the halogens...call it scattered if you will. It's just plain and simple more light just not the same light. As I said before, the HIDs are plenty bright on their own and I'm very pleased with the aesthetics of the LEDs and HIDs together, much more so than with the halogen fogs.

Ordered. Looking forward. Now I have to figure out how to do the "bambi mod." Any chance anyone here could explain that for me?

Good for you man. Now they match and get better output. It's a win-win.
