Do they replace the cloth covers or slip over them?

They just slip over. Since I use my truck around the airport & I get dirty / the theory is in 3 years when i trade my 2012 for a new 2015 you just remove the covers and hopefully have undamaged seats to trade in. If not i will just put a new color matched set on. My friend checked out the work done on the clazzio covers and said it was top notched & well worth what was paid $499

Cleaner look would be the center console...lol... does it bother you that you can see all the silver cloth and plastic parts like seatbelt clips..things of that sort..or are you just not a picky person. I have thought about these covers for quite sometime now, but cant decide because of the look of center console and stray gray parts throughout the truck

I did this to save the seats for a 2015 trade in / i work on a airport and seem to pick up dirt/grease/grim on my clothes - if you color match the covers to your truck the seat belts and gray would not show up as bad. I just did black on black w/ black stitching

for the peeps asking price it was $499.00
