The bilstein rear are long enough for an extra 1" lift. You will still need either shackles, blocks or an add-a-leaf to lift the rear.

Thanks! As I had suspected. Thanks for clarifying. I have to assume that the OP meant that he had Bilstein's at all 4 corners and not necessarily that the they were all "adjusted".

Oh sorry about that, no they are not all adjustable, only the fronts are. I did just measure from ground to fender and got 38 1/4 in front and 38 3/8 in the back which i think over time the front will settle a bit and end up being perfectly level
