I have a 2014 4 x 4 F-150 I installed the auto Spring 2 inch level and 3 inch rear blocks. I did everything by the book and I'm not a novice when it comes to wrenching on vehicles. I only get a clunk noise when I have the steering wheel turned as far as it will go left or right well moving forward or backward. And of the clunk noise will be louder if I'm also going over a big bump while turning completely one way or the other. Anyone else having this problem and or know what the noise is?? I did not change my tire size either.

I found that my truck will make the same noise when the alignment gets slightly out, every time I get a noise at full lock (typically only heard while going over bumps at full lock in my case) I grease my steering stops and align my truck, when I align it it's always just starting to get towards the other limits of the toe spec and when I dial it back in to the ideal range the noise goes away entirely.
I typically align my truck every 3 or 4 months just to keep everything perfect so my tires wear evenly and so the noise doesn't come back.
I'm sure that your alignment is at least slightly out after putting a leveling kit on, but to confirm it you can look at the stops on the back of the steering knuckles and if there's a shiny spot then they're hitting hard enough to make noise.
