Ingot Silver or Oxford White FX4?
I'm thinking of trading my silver 2011 XLT SCrew 4x4 for a 2012 FX4. I can't decide between another silver or changing to white. Both have basically identical equipment (EB, luxury package, 20's, etc.) so price is pretty much the same. What do y'all think? Silver or White?

I think it's all personal preference but for me it's a coin toss I like white for many different looks and silver as well for many of the same reasons. My only negative with white is that there are several companies ie utilities, construction and many others that the fleet is white. Even tho they are not FX4s.. Good luck

I used to be a silver fan - until I needed body work on a fender.
Ever see a silver car that had a fender that looked a slightly different color until you got close to it? Same color, but difference is in the way the metal flake laid down and the way it reflects light. That's why, if you need a silver fender (or door, etc.) repainted, it's often better cosmetically to get the whole side repainted so you can maintain that uniform appearance.
White will last the longest and be the easiest to maintain - and repair, should the need arise. And it won't fade like silver or the other metal flake colors. Your truck will look nicer, longer. You might get some "big refrigerator' jokes, but so what? With some nice rims and tires, I doubt your truck would look like a utility company rig.
