My pet peeve:
Incorrrect: "I could care less" - implying you care to a certain degree.
Correct: I couldn't care less" - the intended meaning of you do not care at all.

Normally I'm not much of grammer police kind of guy, but one thing that cracks me up is when people substitute an for and.
example: I purchased and AEM cai.
