Default Increases Mileage ?????

Does a cold air intake increase mileage? If so how much????

I have a 2014 with a 3.5 eco boost.

Is a cold air intake worth it???

Not worth it. What you already have is a cold air intake. Won't do anything but make your wallet lighter and increase sound.

A good lifetime filter would go a long way though( K&N, Airade, etc)

Bought mine with a cold air intake already installed. I like the added sound 😬

Pop the hood sometime. There's even a V6 in there.

K&N is ****. Yeah, I said it.

The FoMoCo OEM filter flows more air than the engine will need. It's a twin turbo, for crissakes.

Wouldn't know if I had a cold air intake if I did. Stopped working under the hood when it got too busy and tight. Not all of us work on our own truck.....

Still though... It's good to get familiar with your vehicle in case stuff happens. I know a guy who bought what he thought was a V8. It was a 6. Dude never bothered to check anything. Don't be that guy.

Same here. I probably would not have bought it myself but since it's there I kind of like it for the sound.
