Important 2014 Information!!
I have a 2014 STX Supercrew with the 5.0 and some very interesting information!! I was in the process of doing my DJM 3/5 drop and discovered a very important aspect of the 2014s-the lower control arms and front struts mount differently!! The 2013s have an eyelet at the bottom of the strut that allows a single bolt to make it mount to the lower control arm. The 2014s have a T-bar type mount at the bottom of the strut, and two holes in the control arm to attach it to.
Long story short-DJM drop arms will NOT work on 2014 F-150s no matter what their customer service says to you! This also applies to anyone else saying that their exact same 2013 front control arms fit on a 2014.
Tomorrow I'll be attempting to swap my girlfriend's 2013 STX Supercab's struts with mine and seeing if her struts will work with my DJM kit, then if that works putting my arms and struts and her two inch leving kit on hers.
Pictures to follow from my phone.

Dafuq? Why would they change it when they're re-designing the whole truck this year? This will mess up the aftermarket..

That brace you see on the picture of your LCA between the long and short arm of the 14 arm is also new. Look at the 13 and below it's not there.

Sorry Hawaiikid I don't have that answer I don't know the fit and function differences between the two designs. I'm not engineer but I'm involved in the production of these arms. They get shipped directly to the Ford truck plants from the Tier 1 supplier so I never see how they are installed. I'll go as far as to say the switch from a 2014 arm to a 13 arm will take some "MacGivering" the ball joint and the two bushing locations shouldn't be an issue but the tie in of the shock is different so the aftermarket company you bought your kit from just "assumed" that the 14 is the same as the 13.

Wish I could have been more help. As I said beyond the manufactured LCA I don't get to see how it fits in the big puzzle at the final assembly. Keep us posted I'm very interested in the outcome. I'd like to also know if a 14 arm could be made to fit in a 13 and lower model year truck for curiosity sake.
