Im considering upgrading to a 2013 F150 Max tow, but I'm looking for some help!

I currently have a 2012 F150 Lariat 2wd, regular tow package, no navigation nor sunroof. I love the truck, but I should have gotten the nav and the max tow.
I'm considering upgrading to the F150 Lariat max tow, and potentially HD with the longer bed - with the nav and sunroof (although i don't really care for the sunroof). My question is what could I expect to see payload wise?
I've got a small travel trailer, a Rockwood Roo 23ss , thus with the current setup, I've got to watch what I load in the bed.
I'd be looking for a Lariat super crew, ecoboost fully loaded. I'd like to see payload numbers for those of you with a F150 similarly equipped with the max tow 5.5 bed and the max tow, hd, 6.5 bed. Id consider either a 2wd or 4wd.
I suppose I'd consider an FX4 or FX2 similarly equipped as well.
If I went with the fully loaded 2013 Lariat I may only increase my payload by 100#'s or so with the 5.5 bed, but that's why I'm asking you! I'm sitting at 1508 right now.
I believe a 250 would be out of the question because I use the truck as my daily driver - 70 or so miles round trip. I'm getting around 20mpg now - fill up once a week. 10 mpg on average towing.
Decisions, decisions!!!
Thanks for your help!

If your gonna upgrade you might as well do it right and get the HD payload package with Max tow. Even with the Lariat you would probably see a little over 2000lbs for payload. My truck is a 2011 FX4 fully loaded with Max Tow and my payload is 1700lbs. If the HD payload pkg was available in 2011 i would have jumped on it! Keep in mind you will probably want to upgrade to a bigger trailer sooner or later. My old trailer was a Shamrock 21ss and after finding our new trailer( 2012 Outback 292BH) i had to get the new truck to tow it. It's always better to have to much payload than not enough.. Good luck,

No hd payload fx4
FYI - I went through some of the same question when I bought mine several month ago.
Just be aware that you cannot get the hd payload with the fx4.
Hence the reason I had to decide between a lariat with max tow & hd package, or the fx4 with max tow.

Keepin' the lights on!
Get the HD package. You can add or mod anything else on the truck except that payload number. I couldn't find one when I was looking and basically needed a truck now so I bought the truck in my sig. Payload on this truck is 1700 btw.
