Default I "ruined" my truck, but it looks awesome...

I didn't exactly ruin it, but it certainly rides like crap now. I put a 4" RC lift on it, and it rode pretty good. I changed wheels, I went from the stock 6 spoke 20's with 275/65/20 Duratracs to 18" NV's with 325/65/18 KO2's inflated to 40psi. I also put on Icon UCA's, Fox coilovers in the front and the Fox shocks with remote reservoirs in the rear. On perfectly smooth pavement, it rides great. I live in Michigan though, and the state is basically one giant pothole and the truck rides like a buck board wagon and I hate it. The rear bounces all over the place, and its obnoxious. I originally had the tires at 50 lbs and it wasn't even driveable. Should I lower the tire pressure even more? The LT rated Duratracs I had on before drove like crap at low pressure, I could feel a difference in them between 35 and 45 PSI, in terms of rolling resistance and mush in the steering.

I've had E rated KO2s and they ride like crap...teeth would rattle.(kidding, that's from old age)
Anyway I have raptor takeoffs from a 17 raptor, they come stock with C rated KO2s.
315/70/17s and it rides like a caddy now
I think duratrac and nitro make some C rated as well

I don't think you can buy those in an 18" size, I know the KO2's made for the '17 Raptor are Raptor specific.

that's why I shy away from lifts, I hear "oh it makes no difference"

When we go hunting everyone wants to ride in my truck. "Its so smooth mane"

It's the tires, not the lift.

They look good, but I don't like how they ride at all. Considering replacing them. I had Duratracs on it before in the same size but had balancing nightmares, so I don't want another set of them in that size. Open to suggestions!

Yup it's all tire related. I had my lift on for 2 days before I put my tires on and it was great ride with the stock tires. Then the 10ply tires went on and wow! what a difference in ride. So do feel bad you would have ruined your truck with just a leveling kit had you put 10ply tires on it lol. At least you got a lift to make it look good .

I know for me I played with psi and have settled around 35 front and 28 rear for the best ride with a chalk test. I get a little better mpg at 40 front 35 rear but the ride gets worse, so unless I'm all hyw I usually run 35F,30R. I say play with the psi first.

deflating E rated tires does seem to have a significant impact on ride quality. I'm in the same boat as you except with Nitto Trailgrapplers, sitting at 45 right now and it rides like a 50 year old bus.

As everyone else said, the main offender is the tires. I'm sure the new shocks/struts are a little stiffer, which is affecting things to a slight degree, but there you're trading off a little "smoothness" with your truck now sticking to the road a little better than before.

If you really want to get the ride better, you need a C or P rated tire ... or deflate the E's as much as you can without under-inflating them and having them wear poorly/quickly.
