I don't like parking lights staying on after exit.

Have you had this happen? Just curious why you are worried about it. In the last ten years I haven't even had a light front or rear on any of my vehicles go out. They are a lot more reliable than they used to be.

Not wanting airbags in newer vehicles is just stupid. Because you haven't been in a wreck in 40 years? I think comments like those are just you wanting to get reactions out of people.
Sure, I could see where some people would like to be able to buy a truck without the little screen, without power windows, etc, but it is probably easier and cheaper for Ford to have these features in all of the trucks, and the majority of people appreciate these features (or don't get pissed off they have them)
Buying your 95 F150 for $12K new isn't really relevant to what vehicles cost today. It's called INFLATION. I have the original bill of sale from our 1968 Camaro my grandmother bought new and it was around $2,000. WHAT?? WHY ARE CARS SO EXPENSIVE NOW!?? Also, My truck probably has more than twice the horsepower and torque that your 1995 F150 had. If I need to replace a couple things here and there, I'll take that sacrifice for a vehicle that runs better and more efficiently.
What motor does your truck have? Maybe you could focus on more important things that actually matter when it comes to reliability.

#1. your Ac is not draining properly and there is water backed up, causing mold/mildew/bacteria to grow, resulting in a very unpleasant smell the whole time the AC in running.
#2. Your evaporator is leaking oil, resulting in a manure like smell for the first minute or so after you turn on the AC. The smell goes away after a short while.
To fix #1, You will first need to clear your drain to keep it from backing up(
#2 is a caused by a bad evaporator coil, there is are a bunch of thread on the issue.
