Long story short, I have my third son on the way, due October 12. So I want the level kit, I want bigger tires, I want to do other stuff but I resist . I sold my bow for 650.00 and I get new Cooper ATPs 275/60r20 because there due. I put money towards debt and I finally get some Weatherbeaters I've been eyeing for a while. The wife sees them and says, " You spent how much on floor mats, rediculous!" Doesn't matter to her I sold my bow and put some aside for bills. All that matters is I spent too much on protecting my truck from the 3 kids. How do you guys with kids and bills do it! I give up.

I'm not a fan of rubber mats so I invested in a Bissell and use it frequently. No matter how I try to keep my vehicles looking perfect it never lasts long. I typically put 100k or more on them and while they look very, very good I just do my best an not fret. As long as it passes the 5 ft test (looks great from 5ft) I'm happy.

Heck, a few months ago the wife got a complement on her 11 year old, 145k mile Escape and how it looks almost new!

I have 3 kids, 7yr, 3yr, 1yr olds I don't do much to my truck but I get the evil eye when I do. My wife basically doesn't like anything I spend money on...except my guns. She wants one so then it's ok.
