I certainly do not know all the details of your problem but it just seems pretty hard core to say they are all worthless. Kind of like saying all white people like Bud light beer and all black people can not ice skate -- simply not true.
Hope you get your truck fixed. From what I read you have invested a lot of your money and time into a truck that is fully covered by warranty. That is one way of handling the problem I suppose.

I am going through the same exact thing to a T with the vibration issues on my 2014 Scab 4X4 XLT with off road package Texas. I only have about 400 miles on it and the vibration started at about 130 miles, it is currently in the shop now for the 4th time as Ford has tried the obvious, same old same, wheels and tires, road force test, changed tires/changed wheels......next step is the driveshaft he says.
I see from your posts that didn't do anything to remedy it either. This is the 4th attempt to fix this issue on their part.
Rather than going through all the battles you have with your own problem child, I am going to certainly lemon law this one under PA statutes and see what Fords next step will be for my compensation for selling a lemon.
Well I sure hope you do find your problem man, you definitely are more persistent than I ever would of been with it. Good luck man.

I purchased a 2014 Ford F150 Supercrew 6.5' bed in October 2014. I love the truck. I never drove it over 45mph on the test drive. After purchasing it , I noticed on the drive home that the passenger side head rest on the front seat was shaking. I could feel a little vibration in my butt/ driver seat. I blew it off. I took a 175 miles trip and noticed the truck's vibration disappeared. I too have had Ford trucks for 30 years. I have dealt with some poor dealership reps and service techs.I may need to test drive my truck right now to insure the vibration is gone and that I am not "blinded" by my love of Fords.LOL.
Also, I owned a 2003 F250 Supercab FX4 8' bed. I had a "take off" vibration that I described to my local Ford Techs. I was informed that the truck was within "Factory Specs".The Repair shop manager and service manager told me they tested 10 trucks on the lot and all the trucks do the same thing. Being a prior Ford mechanic in the 80's , I jacked the truck up ,placed it on stands, and observed the two piece driveshaft. I could see the angles were not correct. I cut a piece of 1/4" aluminum flat stock metal approximately the size of the carrier bearing mounting, drilled out the bolt mounting holes , and placed the shim in between the carrier bearing and the truck's cross member. I reassembled and observed the driveshaft to be almost "true" on the stands in gear. A road test proved the truck did not have an accelleration "take off" vibration anymore, even when towing my 12k lbs travel trailer.
Keep trying to get answers. I agree that adding the words "Lemon Law" in a conversation will get Dealership personnel in a frantic mode to help you.

Retired and loving it!
Eeny beeny, chilly beeny, the spirits are about to speak. (Now, who remembers THAT?)........there is a Dodge Ram coil suspended pickup in your future......there are simply a limited number of things that could be causing your dissatisfaction with your truck, all of which have been addressed by either the dealer or your independent mechanic. It may be (past) time to move on.

When the dealership won't do anything to figure out what is causing the issue, and only tell you that it is a "normal characteristic", what would you do? The service reps have even told me, they are not a tech, can not diagnose problems, suggest repairs, but only relay what the dealerships are telling them. To me, that's pretty much worthless. I expect a customer service rep to serve the customer and get answers that the customer can't get on their own.
You say the dealership won't do anything to figure out the cause. I may be wrong in my recall but I believe the dealership has tried several things to help but did not yet find a cure.
You have spent time and money into fixing a cure that to this point is unknown.
So back to the question -- What would I do.
1. State Attorney General's office
2. Better Business Bureau
3. Lemon Law (after 3 attempts to fix safety problem you can legally use this or 30 days in shop within 12 months)
4. Trade the damn thing in and lick my wounds
5. Be persistent with different dealerships for a cure
6. Seek legal remedy on your own
7. Pickett the dealership every weekend with big signs saying you bought a lemon from them and they won't fix it !! This is an attention getter !!
8. Call they local media for assistance. Put a notice in the local newspaper that outlines your complaints to the dealership.
These are only a few suggestions. I do not know the best one for you, if any.
Good luck to you. It take a whole lot of sugar to get the sour taste of lemon out of the mouth.
