Default HVCA problem in cold weather

Hello,
Looking for a fix on my f150 2013 hvac system. When cold outside (-20 F / -30 C ), only cold air and sometime, little snow coming out from vents. When warmer (15 F / -10 C); everything is fine. I heard about a freezing door blend with old gen of actuator and an updated one which isn't completely fail-close position when powered off which fix the issue.

Someone can help ?
thanks 😀

Welcome having had a 13, I would check for codes related to any blend door actuators and get back to us.
