My F150 HVAC fan has an intermittent fault of getting stuck on the fourth of six speeds suggesting that the resistor block mounted on the right side behind the plenum (behind the glove box on the right side) has a fault or there is a fault in my environmental controls.

Neither the real switches or the Navi touch buttons can change speed when the problem pops up.

I took the following video to share with my dealer as it is likely the problem won't happen for them when i bring my truck in for other service.

I recommend making an appointment at your dealership, flabrkr; they'll perform an inspection and suggest next steps. How many miles do you have on your truck?
