Thumbs up humming sound sounds like tire noise.

Hows it goin y'all,
I have a 2013 F150 4x4 and the issue i am having is a humming sound that sounds like road/tire noise. The tires are new so they are not cupped. The noise starts at about 20mph and does not go away and when i slow down it gets slightly louder. However the noise does go away when i put it in 4x4. I have replaced the vacuum control valve and nothing. Today i got curios and disconnected the vacuum solenoid purge valve and the noise goes away as it did when i would engage 4x4. I went out and purchased a new solenoid and it did nothing the humming noise was back but would go away in 4x4. I am assuming its a vacuum problem but has anybody had this problem? The noise is not a grinding noise its hard to explain. Almost sounds like a truck with aggressive tires but its not the case. I appreciate yalls time .

Lots of people have had this problem. Probably replace the IWEs, too. Maybe a damaged hose?
