Hi, I had the same problem, my screen and Apim came from a Ford Edge.
I found a damage F150 screen with brackets on Ebay for $40.00

A ford dealer is capable of programming it for you, providing you have the VIN of a truck with Sync 2 and the same equipment as your truck, which in my experience is almost impossible to find.

HOWEVER, using Forscan you can program it yourself, turning options on and off as needed, using the information in this forum. It's a lot of work and trial and error, but at the end of the day you end up saving yourself $1,000 or so.

Hi, it with would be useful to have a description (Year, options that you have about your truck) in your signature, these info would help members on this forum to help you out more precisely.
There are spreadsheet on this forum that have great information that can be use with Forscan.
Depending if your truck was built before 2014 or newer, These spreadsheets is full of informations.
NOTE:
4d tech are talking their crap and wanting to sell their products
