Default how to replace blend door actuator

I know there have been threads on this but I cant find a straight answer to MY question. My passenger side is blowing cold while the driver side is warm. Yes they are both on heat and high temps. I have come to the conclusion it is my blend door actuator on passenger side and wanted to try to do it myself before I spend $400-$500. So how do I get to and replace blend door actuator on passenger side of 2010 F150 lariat? I have the 40/20/40 seat so I dont have a console that goes all the way to the dash.

Just for ****s and giggles you might want to test it before you replace it,

In order to replace it you will need to pull the center stack of radio and drop the glove box so you can contort your arms enough to remove the screws.

Is this what the loud clicking/whine behind my dash is? Only happens 1st thing in the morning. And stops if I change the mode on the climate control

I recently replaced mine that was behind the stereo. Pretty easy fix. I could only get cold air through all my vents. Hopefully your other actuator isn't the one that's broke. If so the entire dash needs to come out. I heard seats come out also.

Very possible. Had a few of them in my shop doing that and only 1 of them turned out to be a broken blend door, as a result the door and the actuator had to be replaced because it over extended when the door broke, no resetting them.

If you can get to that rear screw, you're a better man than I.
