Since we're talking about firsts... Here's my first vehicle I purchased at 16, and drove all through high school. Yes I still have it, and it's in awesome condition still. I know it's a Chevy, but hey I love the K5! 1990 K5 Blazer with 250,XXX miles. Me paying for this myself probably helped me from treating it or putting it through **** when I was younger.

Well, if we're going to talk about our first cars, mine was a 1959 Ford Galaxie with a 352 V8 police intercepter engine with a 3 speed on the column shift and an overdrive button on the floor, It was a huge boxy car but that car flew. Anyone on here remember the overdrive button on the floor of some of the older cars?? I bought it in 1965 for $400.00. sold it around 1967 and bought a 1966 Ford Mustang fastback with a 289 V8, 4 speed in the floor. I bought these cars with my OWN money with my first job of pumping gas at a REAL gas station starting at age 14. Yes in those days you could work at that age. Working at a gas station is where i learned to work on cars. Fond memories.
