39 years old. Have had a fever all weekend, and feeling 50 right now.

Glad to see several young bucks earning their own way through life. Bought my first car, a 1984 Datsun Sentra back in 1990. No AC, no heat, no power locks or windows. Learned how to work on my own vehicle on that car. Changed the clutch out in the parking lot, brakes, brake pistons, the carb, etc, etc, etc. Was paying my own way through college, and couldn't afford anything better, and was happy to have it!

49, in pain but going strong. The wifey gets a little upset every time I buy a new toy...er tool, lol. She says that every time I start a project, I buy more tools. She's right.

To the kid that was complaining about a 50 hour work week... what are you going to do when you get a full time job?

Almost 63 - almost RETIRED , I still work 12 hours a week ( 6 on Tues and 6 on Wed) to help out in a warehouse as a fill in supervisor. I provides fuel money for my Pro Street Nova. Got my golf game back (shot a 2 over 74 last week). Enjoying sitting out in the garage waving at the neighbors driving to work with coffee in hand in the mornings!

Looking forward to those days! Running hard in the rat race to retire early and be able to enjoy it. I like that sitting in the garage watching your neighbors go to work while you drink your coffee.
