I ordered mine and it had a msrp of $53,575 and after negotiations, rebates and discounts I got it for $42,948.

I would think you should be able to get the 11 for $40k no problem

I bought my '11 AWD in 2011 for 42k with 7yr warranty, bed extender and lifetime on star.

But that was through the military...

As weird as it sounds, dealers can make better deals on newer model trucks. Reason being factory incentives. My dealer had 3 '11's and couldn't deal more than about 5K off on each. He said he could sell me a '12 for a much bigger discount. Doesn't add up does it?!

I would think they would be loosing money having it on the lot specially since full warranty expires at 3 yr or 36k

This is interesting; the dealer closest to my home, still has 7 Black 2011 Harley's, sitting out in the sun, on their lot. They didn't even move one, over Labor Day.

Each is still listed on their webpage inventory; MSRP 53-54k.

However, if I wanted a 6.2L, I would just get a Raptor; but I don't.

3 yr - 36,000 doesn't begin until its sold.
That's what a Baxter ford salesman told me.

that's ridiculous. One of our dealers had a 2010 loaded Lariat in April of last year, they moved it for $33K canadian. List was near $60 grand.

I'd shoot $37k and if they decline, say good luck moving them. They'll call ya, haha!

Really umm. I worked for ford for about a year as a service tech and after so many miles or time they would not let us warranty simple stuff. Might have changed
