Thanks guys. As I'm knocking on wood(side of my head). I've done nothing but basic maintenance... Fluids(oil, rear diff, dropped pan on tranny and new filter 2x), brake fluid, brakes, plugs, tires, struts and rear shocks... i'm replacing the air blend actuator this morning, finally stuck on hot air... Sync is frustrating that it won't stay in last mode used... Best/favorite vehicle I've ever owned.

Wow!!!! 327,000 miles!!!! That's terrific!!!!!!! I feel like mine is nearly new with 55,000.
When considering the extended warranty, I spoke with several people about the 5.4 and was told that they are nearly bulletproof and very dependable. These were Ford dealership people who would like to sell warranties. Thanks for the post!!

Ford mechanic here. Saw a 2013 F150 Ecoboost in the shop today for turbo replacement. Toasted an exhaust side turbo bearing on the left. Ended up replacing both turbos for completeness sake. Total miles on truck.... 167000!
He is apparently is a construction manager and drives across the US so all highway miles
