Called Ford again today for an updated status - still telling me 8/21. Called my dealer and salesman and they said end of Aug/first of Sept. Why can't I seem to get a straight answer?

Does anyone know which source is more accurate and who I should trust more - Ford Customer Service or my dealer?

I ordered my screw Fri July 15th. I received my vin today and scheduled to be built Aug 8 and delivered Aug 19, +- 2 days.

***update*** I checked the status on the Ford ETIS site and it now indicates that it was built Aug 8th. Up until this morning it didn't have the built date. Looks like it's on track as indicated on the window sticker.

I orderded mine July 15th. Built Aug 8th and dealer received it Aug 19th as I was told. I pick er up Monday Aug 22. Overall a pleasing experience with the time frame.

I ordered my FX4 on July 25th and have not received anything from my dealer.

I was curious to see how and what steps I need to take to call Ford directly and how can I look up my truck on the FORD ETIS site?

My dealer told me June 20th arrival and Ford told me June 28th arrival. Came in the 28th. I told them Ford said the 28th and they were baffeled and said their computer kept saying the 20th. After the 20th passed they just kept saying day to day... untill it showed up on the day I told them. So I hope Ford right and you will have it 21st or 22nd

Today is the day my truck was scheduled to arrive at my dealership. Well....it did make it to the area by rail, but won't be delivered until tomorrow. So, I'll either get the truck late Monday or Tuesday. It's hard waiting a few more days, but it feels good knowing the truck is so close.

I guess Ford's ETA prediction was true.

Normal. Time varies. Mine took a couple of weeks after vin to show up.
Will feel good to see Nav on that sticker won't it.

My conversation with the dealer last week and Ford Marketing today was very reassuring but yes, seeing nav on the sticker will be the final nail the coffin is waiting for.
