I will as soon as I figure out how to down load pictures to this site. Please give me some pointers. Can't seem to "Copy" & "Paste" the picture to a reply.

To learn more about posting images, go to the FAQ section of this website.

Someone else may have a better way, but here's how I do it:

1. I will save a copy of my photo(s), re-sized to the forum maximum of 117 KB, and save it to my desktop.

2. I go to the attachments drop-down on the posting reply area. In the area titled, "Upload files from your computer", I select the "Choose file" button.

3. I select the images on my desktop that I want to attach, and select the "Upload" button. It may take a few seconds to load. If the image is too big, you will get a warning, and you'll have to re-size it again.

4. Once it is loaded, it will show up as a link in your message draft. You can move it around like you would cut and past regular text. You can always "Preview Post to see how it will look when you "Submit Reply" on your post.

Thanks for walking me thru the necessary steps. I never would've been able to do it without.

Called Ford again today - one week after the first call - and the ETA has been moved up slightly to August 21st. They told me it is definitely in transit by rail, but they don't know exactly where it is at this point.

I was hoping the 18 day transit time would have been a worst case estimate, and it might get here even earlier. Kind of like an "under promise - over deliver" type of thing. Well, it has gone down by one day, but not as much as I was hoping for.

Anyone else see a faster delivery time that what Ford estimated?

Default Current waiting times

We ordered 2 Blue Flame F-150 XLT Super Crew 4x4s with Chrome, Convenience, Tow and Plus on August 1st. Wondering what kind of wait time we should expect by ordering this late in the year.

Hoping for no more than 8 weeks. Does this seem realistic?

Depends on what you ordered. I ordered on june 10th and think there is a good chance i'll get it this week or next but I ordered nav at first and when it became clear that it wasn't avalible I changed the ordered and then got a vin very fast. So I think depending on what you ordered you'll gst it within 8 weeks.

Even though I am always the eternal optimist, I think this is more than realistic, as Dearborn to your city in the middle of OK, is a straight shot of just a little over 1,000 miles distance. They may even ship it directly by truck.

You ordered on August 1st; I bet you have it/them by mid-September or third week of that month.
