My 2013 when it shows should get at least 15 years in the Yukon sans salt but they use gravel on the roads in the winter so the windshield and paint will take more of a beating compared to Ontario. I'll drive it until the wheels fall off and then I'll bolt them back on again until there's nothing left to work with.
Good for you Bud

Ive had my truck since 2010, got it from the dealer on the 2nd hand approved vehicules. I got it just because i liked the looks. recently i sold my other 2 cars and kept the truck, it's been my daily since Jan this year and it will still be for another 2 or 3 years.

Well I was saying for a long time. But I couldn't deal with having a 4.6L and there being more powerful engines and then getting same or better fuel economy. So I test drove a used 6.2L in a no option xlt and a 2013 5.0 xlt. I don't think the 6.2 was maintained well as it had 26k miles and it was a year old and it felt sluggish. Better than my 4.6 but the 5.0 was smoother and pulled better. I know that shouldn't be so I said new it is. Saving over $150 a month in payments and hopefully some in insurance. This one will be a keeper for sure. Its got power and its smooth and I can live with it as I can actually mod it if I need more too.

I kept my Bullitt Mustang for 9 years as a daily driver. I kept the Lightning for 8 years as a daily driver. I kept my 2010 F150 for 18 months and my 2011 for 20 months. I'm not sure if I trade them out so fast because the resale value is so high (each time they gave me $3000 less on trade in than i paid for it new)or if it is because they are just another truck and not "special".

My last truck was eighteen years old.
My last one was 20 years old. It was nice not having a truck payment for 15 years lol.

If I can get 10+ years out of mine I'll be happy

I am guessing about 15 years based on my previous vehicles. However it might be longer with this truck as the government appears to be rearing its ugly head a third time to cause us all to drive underpowered little cars for a decade or more. If I wanted a 130 hp four-banger Ranger, I would have bought one, but instead I wanted an F-150 with a close to 400 hp V8 so that's what I bought. I'll hold onto it until this current wave of nanny-state idiocy passes and I can find a suitable replacement.

I put 130k miles on my '04 in 9 years, I figure 9-10 years and 120-140k on my 2013.

I will sell my f150 soon after I get the motor replaced.

Its gone. Family will be going from 3 new ford to 0 in the next 6 months cause of their awesome lack of reliability and service.

I'm hoping for 20 years. I expect to put very little annual mileage on it, so I hope it will last that long.
