Default How to get 1/2" to 3/4" rear lift

After installing a 1.5" autospring front kit, I've decided I want some, but not all of the rake back. I'd like to lift the rear 1/2" to 3/4". What are my options as far as blocks go?

From what I've read, the stock 4x4 blocks are 1.25" thick, is that correct? If so, a 2" thick block should be just what I need. Are the 2.0" blocks on sites such as autospring and f150lifts.com 2.0" thick, or is that the amount of lift over stock they provide?

Anyone good options to lift the rear under an inch?

Thanks!

F150Lifts.com posts the block thickness. So you're right, the 2.0" block is effectively a 0.75" lift for the rear.

I just recently went the Roadmaster Active Suspension route. Set the tension on the lowest of two recommended settings and gained an inch of ride height back. I also gained all of the great ride attributes of the RAS.

I had a 2" level in mine and was disappointed with the stance. It was .5" nose high and horrible when towing or putting anything in the box.

I went to my local spring/truck shop (big rigs) and had them do a custom add a leaf setup. He added the lead but then heated the pack and sorted it so that it only raised the back about 1" and now I can actually tow or haul a load and the truck sit's perfect.

With the custom add a leaf I have about .5" rake back and I'm very happy!

Good luck

Road master is a little more than I'm looking to spend and an inch is a little too much height. I appraise your response though, and that's good news about the 2" being the total block thickness.

Thanks for your response. Mine is only a 1.5" front but I measured the tire to fender gap and it's just under 0.5" higher in the front. Driving me crazy. I think I got slightly more than the 1.5" out of the autospring kit.

I measured my rear blocks while they were out of the truck with a tape measure and mine were 1-5/8". there do seem to be a few different thicknesses over the years but 1-1/4 seems quite small to me.

stage 3 motorsports has a few different rear blocks available on their site. I have had the 3" autospring on my last two trucks but I'm thinking about stepping down to a 2".

Just went out there with a digital caliper and mine are right at 1.25". What front lift were you running in conjunction with the 3" block?

Well after talking with autospring, turns out the 1.5" front spacer lifts the 2014's 2", so that explains my nose-high situation. Looks like their 2" rear block is going work perfect for me.

I appreciate the suggestions guys, thanks.

I added an autospring leaf with my 2.5 autospring spacer...
pulled the spacer after a couple years and installed a set of F150Lifts.com coilovers set at 2.75"
still got a slight rake and lovin' it

I have a 2.5" in the front and somehow I was still .5" higher in the rear when I finished installing the fronts and still had stock blocks. the blocks I had that measured 1-5/8" were in my 2010 KR but I think I have heard about the 13+ being smaller.

2014 fx4 is 1.25 rear block..I got fox on order and know I can lower it if it's nose high..I might add a leaf or a block though..gonna wait and see how it turns out
reading hundreds of posts..I don't get it how many add the same level and get different height results. .maybe engine size/weight?
