disco, what is yours? SuperCrew or Double Cab like site says?

I checked on a '14 Lariat, the site said Double Cab, but it is a SuperCrew. Is there a more accurate VIN checking site?

I found Ford site for VIN. And, it appears the build date for the '14 Ecoboost I've been interested in is ..... 10/31/14... NOOOOOOO, not only is that a Friday, but it was Halloween! Wha' could that mean, boys?

I called Ford customer support. And they gave me the build date. Mine was wed. July 13 2014. Maybe i will have a Bday party for my truck.

I just learned the build date for Ecoboost is a lot more important than I realized. It seems the timing chain issue was NOT corrected until Ecoboost engines that were built after 10/11/14.

ISSUE:
Some 2011-2014 F-150 vehicles equipped with a 3.5L Gasoline Turbocharged Direct Injection (GTDI) engine and built on or before 10/10/2014 may exhibit a malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) illuminated with diagnostic trouble code (DTC) P0016. Other DTCs and driveability concerns may also be present. This concern may be due to a worn primary timing chain.

Just now seeing this..... Mine's a Supercrew, so not sure why it says double cab. Maybe they don't call it a "Supercrew" in that system. It would make sense because "double cab" isn't a model.

I also don't understand some of the information that's on that page. It says "Less Elect Locking Differential", but mine does have the locking rear differential. Seems a bit flawed?

And, they spell tire "TYRE" (several times), and that's a bit odd since it's an American company and the truck was built in Michigan.
