Nav & SYNC vs My Ford Touch
Just out of curiosity...I have an 2011 Screw with the Nav and SYNC, question is... What more could "My Ford Touch" do if it is put in the F150 in the future?

Until Ford actually publishes the specs of an F150 MyFord Touch, it will all be just speculation at this point because Ford could potentially add features that are not included in any current MyFord Touch implementation.

My touch is an awesome system. We are waiting on good incentives to get my wife an explorer limited. I will definitely wait till the f 150's have my touch until I upgrade my 2010.

Interested too. Was scheduled to buy a 2011 next month but curious about My Touch and the new payloads I have seen. Thanks for any info.

Drive an edge or explorer and you'll see. I have it in my 2011 edge and it's the greatest thing i have ever used. I have had aftermarket nav, have sync in my 2009 F150, and have used other manufacturers OEM nav. I think it needs some refinement and being an iPhone user would love to see a smoother touchscreen interface, but it's the best attempt I've seen any manufacturer make.
It completely integrates your dash, nav screen, and steering wheel. It does nav, traffic, satellite and hd radio, any form of media (cd, USB, etc...) climate control, etc...
I'll see if I can get some photos.

I can control the radio and phone from steering wheel in mine. It's a 2011. Can't you tell the chick-in-the-dash to turn the temperature up or down?
