Any updates on getting the 2012 TCCM to operate properly in a 2011? As far as a reflash is concerned?

I just did this to my 2011 Lariat ecoscrew with 3.73 ELD off road package and used the raptor parts and it worked. However I did not unplug the battery or the ECM when I plugged both of these in and while the lights illuminated correctly the ELD was not engaging. After a couple of days of trying a few different things I finally unplugged the battery over night and this morning it worked.

Note: you might have to uplug your battery after you plug these in to get it to work.

I know this is an old thread but... I just picked up a 2011 F150 and wanted to do this conversion. Did anyone figure out why the 12 F150 module worked for some, but some had to get the raptor module?

Wow.... Thread blast from the past. I always get a kick out of old threads that I started and had completely forgotten about!

My advice is to save yourself some hassle and just buy the 2011 Raptor module. Whatever the price difference, worth it for not having to troubleshoot.

For what it's work, many many miles later and plenty of reflashes of the main engine ecu, still works perfectly.
