Alberta Canada.
New loaded 2013 FX4 as listed below.
MSRP of $60,834
Sale Price of $44,809
Additional $1000 Costco Rebate making it $43,809 before tax and fees
$46495.96 out the door. So total of $17,025 off of MSRP...... which was a stupid high ridiculous number anyhow.

I'm in Ontario about to relocate to Edmonton...bought the truck mostly for the move. Was curious on whether it would be cheaper to buy here or wait til I am out there.
Thats a sweet deal though.

Yes those other unfortunate soles that see above the 5% tax paid in this province. We pay.... it's just hidden lol. I hammered this dealer as the truck was a 2013 with an engine that isn't a big mover anyhow. It's exactly what I wanted more or less. I offered $46000 all in initially and they were a couple grand off. When they got within less than $500 I caved lol.

5.0 C'yote
Got my 13' XLT SCabin May of 13' fully loaded $31k OTD. Sticker was just shy of $42k. $500 dollar rebate for being a student. I guess paying thousands of dollars every semester on tuition and books paid off for once.

This is one of the things I like about my local dealer. Very little negotiating. I think I may have gotten them to throw in a few bedliner. But their Internet prices were almost all listed right at 12k under sticker. From an xlt to a platinum....

Calgary purchase, 2014 platinum, max tow, EB, skid plates, with ext. power mirrors, full load, metallic tri-coat paint, MSRP at $67,209. Paid $51,500, plus the government's share (5%). No fees, other than a $9 or 10 dealer licensing fee. Purchased a month ago.

I was working at a dealership in '09 that sold '08 Dodge Ram 1500s at 50% off. And they still made money on them.
Sticker, invoice, rebates, employee pricing, etc. are all tools to make people buy vehicles and think they're getting a deal. Just accept that you'll never be "getting one over" on the dealership or Ford.
